The Power Boost Series is a heartwarming collection of children’s books that celebrate neurodiversity and the amazing ways every brain works. Each story follows a relatable child aged 7–10 as they discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and learn that being different is something to be proud of.
From autism and ADHD to dyslexia, dyspraxia, and beyond, the series helps children see that everyone learns, thinks, and feels in their own brilliant way. With gentle storytelling, humour, and empathy, these books open up conversations about inclusion, friendship, and self-confidence at home and in the classroom.
At the end of every story, the Power Boost Pages offer fun and practical extras: strengths spotlights, simple strategies, ally tips, and teacher guidance to help grown-ups support every kind of learner.
More than just stories, the Power Boost Series is a celebration of difference, helping every child feel seen, supported, and super-powered to be themselves.

Here is some feedback from a parent who read Max the Story Hacker with her son “A wonderful book to share with my neurodivergent son, especially on days when he struggles to believe in himself. It’s one of those stories that makes you pause and reflect, with a message that really stays with you.The character is so relatable, my son immediately saw himself in Max, which made it even more special. I would highly recommend reading this together with children of all ages”.

We also had some wonderful feedback from a recent authors visit “We really enjoyed the author’s visit and thought it was lots of fun. They told us about their book Powerboost Academy Superpowers and explained that everyone has their own special superpower, which made us feel really proud of who we are. We loved hearing the stories and learning how everyone is different in a good way. One of our favourite parts was when we created our own power shields to show our strengths. It was exciting, creative, and helped us think about being kind and supportive to others. Thank you for such an amazing visit!”
And lastly, some amazing feedback from Ellie, a young expert by experience who shared the following after reading all about Max with her parents…….. “I love Max, how he started off sad and ended up happy….. it was inspirational for people like me who are dyslexic“.

We are looking forward to introducing you all to Lena in the near future
